Fog Valley Farm
Having consumed many cookies in our day, both with and without cannabis, we can definitively say that Martha Bruhl of Fog Valley Farm makes a MEAN cookie. This young entrepreneur is a serious baker whose inspiration stems from her family. Martha honors generations of home bakers with traditions and recipes passed down by hand.
So, what exactly is the reason for the hype behind these cookies?
While many have had cannabis-infused cookies, not everyone has had great ones. Martha elevates the game with gourmet-level cookies infused with strain-specific cannabutter. These products are a Take and Bake design – each container of cookies is sold and stored as frozen cookie dough to ensure freshness. When ready to be eaten, consumers bake them for 8-10min at 350°F and have a hot, fresh cookie ready to eat! All cookies can be baked at the same time and stored back in their original container.
Fog Valley Farm focuses on strain-specific edibles to ensure that the flavors pair well with each baked good. The Chocolate Chip Cookies contain the strain, “Ice Cream Cake,” paired beautifully with a hint of orange zest in the cookie. The Lemon Shortbread cookies contain the strain, “Strawberry Rhubarb Pie,” an obvious choice for a cookie with assorted Jam filling.
We absolutely love these cookies… so much that Nate once had a dozen (uninfused) in one day. Ben and Greg's numbers remain a mystery but are likely close to that double digit mark…
We hope you stop in to try them yourself! Martha will be at Pine Grove Organics on 4/28 for a Vendor Day, stay tuned for details!
